Once payment is completed, we’ll dispatch your order the following day to the transport service. It typically takes a minimum of 7 days for your order to reach your city or town. You’ll receive a call from the transport service when your parcel arrives, and you can collect it from them at that time. Please note that transport charges are additional.

We rely on transport services for delivering goods, making it impractical to offer Cash on Delivery. Since they’re a third party in this process, their primary responsibility is to transport your goods.
